We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Product Manager For AI and Machine Learning for our Team
in Pune, to drive the development and success of our
AI-based products. As the
Product Lead , you will play a key role in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our
AI and
machine learning offerings.
At L4B Software you will: - Provide strategic direction for the development and deployment of AI/ML initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and machine learning engineer, MLOps engineer, to drive innovation and growth.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, while managing resources efficiently.
- Leverage your extensive background in machine learning, NLP, ML-Ops, and AI architecture to guide and mentor the team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, incorporating them into the product roadmap.
- Drive the development of AI/ML products, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and address market needs.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor assessments to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
Requirements What you will bring: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a focus on machine learning engineering, NLP, and ML-Ops.
- Experience in product management and a deep understanding of the AI/ML product lifecycle.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex machine learning projects.
- Strong technical awareness with proficiency in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Apache.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
