The Financial Analyst serves as the primary advisor and strategic partner for all finance-related aspects
You'll be instrumental in analyzing, forecasting, and providing actionable insights on the financial performance drivers, and support critical decision-making processes that directly impact the achievement of our business objectives
As an integral part of our Finance team, collaboration with Business Units and adjacent finance teams is central to succeeding in this role
Responsibilities:
Perform cost analysis and identify areas for cost savings and operational improvements, leveraging financial systems for data-driven insights.
Utilize digital reporting and visualization solutions to create comprehensive and easily understandable business insights.
Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to present complex financial information in a visually compelling manner.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis and trend assessments, leveraging coding expertise for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts, leveraging financial systems for accuracy and efficiency.
Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems, ensuring integration with SAP SAC and other tools for seamless operations.
Who you are :
Bachelors degree in finance, business management or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent (e.g., MBA from reputed institutes, CFA, CPA) is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role with some expertise in SAP SAC and Tableau.
Strong working application knowledge: SAP and/or other ERPs, TM1, Business Intelligence and/or Business Objects Finance and advanced Excel/PowerPoint knowledge.
Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, with hands-on experience Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI). Hands-on experience in coding (Python, R, SQL) is a plus.
