Job description

Job Description: We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Expedia Process. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Expedia customers. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services on the Expedia platform
Provide information about travel destinations, accommodations, and travel itineraries
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
Offer personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance the customer's travel experience
Meet or exceed customer service targets and quality metrics


Requirements:

Minimum 10+2 education; Graduate (No BE/BTechs/Postgraduates)
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work in rotational US shifts
