Job description
Job profile:
•Customer's job fault data collection
•Occasionally Customer visits for pick up / Installation.
•Test Reports making
•Inward - Outward jobs procedures handling.
•In & Out Technical support
•Maintenance, Servicing, Repairing & Testing of Industrial Electronics types of equipment.
•AC DRIVES, DC DRIVES, SMPS, SERVO DRIVES, HMI, PLC, CONTROLLERS, etc.
•In the lab as well as sometimes if needed on the field
•Able to work with a Team and strong drive for result orientation.
•Good at Computers, should know MS Office.
•Good at managing existing customers.
•Coordination with Sales Engineer & customers.
•Update & maintain all reports (Soft & hard copy)
