Job Description: Associate Manager - Human Resource Operations

Location: Vadodara (Work from Office) Work Timings- 1 PM IST- 10 PM IST

( 5 Days)

Overview: We are actively looking for a dynamic and seasoned Associate Manager - Human Resource Operations to spearhead and orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The perfect candidate will possess a robust HR background, an in-depth comprehension of HR policies and procedures, and a demonstrated knack for interpersonal connections. This role entails supervising employee orientation, managing benefits administration, overseeing compensation, and skilfully navigating conflict resolution, all while offering abundant prospects for the enhancement and optimization of HR systems.

Responsibilities: Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale. Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to align with the overall business direction.

Policy and Procedure Management: Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, utilizing and improving existing HR systems and processes.

Team Management: Lead and manage the HR Operations team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring optimal use of team members' skills and abilities. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance internal processes.

Required Skills/Abilities: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Team Management: Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse HR team.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Professionalism and Integrity: Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Legal Compliance: Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Technology Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR management or related roles. Relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
