Summary: As an Application Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements using Workday Core HCM. Your typical day will involve working with Workday Data Mapping & Conversions to ensure seamless integration of data across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and develop Workday Core HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data across systems using Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on Workday Core HCM and related technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Workday Core HCM, Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM and related technologies.
- Experience in designing and developing Workday Core HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Experience with Workday Data Mapping & Conversions to ensure seamless integration of data across systems.
- Solid grasp of software engineering principles and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.15 years full time
