Job description

4+ years in the contact centre. At least 2 years as a Team Leader / Relationship officer/manager.
Lead a team of customer service reps and provide quality customer support.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities for the process and answer incoming and outgoing calls, e-mails, and chats while responding to customers queries.
Deliver internal and external reporting dashboards.
Identify process loopholes and suggest improvements.
Ability to clearly interpret the management needs and deliver as per expectations.
Be available as per business requirements and show flexibility in work hours.
Research, identify and resolve teammates complaints while using applicable procedures.
Follow up with customers on receivables, where necessary on via outbound calls or e-mails, whichever is applicable.
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in Calls, Emails, and Chats.
Handling escalation calls or chats that require supervisor intervention.
Drafting documents like MOU s, Conveyance Deed, Development Agreement, Sale Deed, Lease Deed, Leave & License Agreement, Consent Letter, Notice etc

Desired Candidate Profile:

A bachelors degree from any university.
A clear and neutral accent without any mother tongue influence (MTI).
Confident and pleasing personality.
A problem solver and collaborative attitude with good people management skills.
Experience with client reporting and excellent MS Office skills.
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Excellent Typing Skills (25-30 wpm or better) with good accuracy (90% and above).
People Leadership Experience with coaching and feedback expertise.
A sharp understanding of the business and client requirements.
Computer savvy and proficient in relevant computer applications.
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
