Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Leasing Manager. As a Senior Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing leases for commercial properties. Your daily tasks involve managing the leasing process, developing and maintaining relationships with commercial real estate brokers to increase revenue and create strategies that enhance the company's reputation and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a demonstrated track record of success
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders
• Understanding of Indian real estate market trends and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Leadership and team management experience is preferred
• Experience in legal and lease documentation, including negotiations and contract management, is preferred
• Professional certification in real estate management, leasing, or other relevant fields is preferred
