Job description
The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. Also, to Improve customer satisfaction and enhance AIS share of business This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.
Responsibilities Increase customer satisfaction resulting in profitable and sustainable relationship with customer. To generate new enquiries with the help of existing contacts to increase revenue & share of the business. Help in sales forecasting & control. To monitor competitor activities in order to define company strategy and response to customers. Collection of payment as per agreed terms in order to ensure cash flow. Customer credit control as per policy. To implement and maintain systems/processes like TS-16949, TQM & ISO-14001 & order to cash for improved productivity and control. Should have knowledge of Auto Industry, product & process, systems of OE customers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering/master's in marketing. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized.Job tags
