Job Title: B2B Agent - Hotel Reservations Support
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented B2B Agent to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients for hotel reservations. As a B2B Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our business clients with their hotel bookings, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Your primary focus will be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their specific needs, and provide them with expert guidance and assistance throughout the reservation process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients regarding hotel reservations, addressing their inquiries and providing expert advice.
• Understand the specific requirements and preferences of clients, and offer suitable hotel options based on their needs, budgets, and desired locations.
• Utilize various booking platforms and systems to search for available hotels, check rates, and make reservations on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate with hotels, ensuring accurate booking information, availability, and special requests are communicated effectively.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to hotel reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and acting as a trusted advisor for their hotel bookings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new hotel offerings, and market changes to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, sales, and revenue generation.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a B2B and B2C customer support role, preferably in the hotel or travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel reservations systems and online booking platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing personalized solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer complaints or difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Can work any shift, 24x7
• Solid understanding of GDS systems (Sabre/Amadeus) preferred
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using technology, including reservation systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
