Job Description: Senior Analyst / Lead – Financial Planning and Analysis (with Internal Financial Control)
**Shift:** 9AM - 6 PM
**Location:** Pune (Viman Nagar)
**Salary:** 12-14 LPA (including variables)
Qualification: CA is a must
**Experience:** 2-3 years relevant & overall experience (Maximum 3 years' experience)
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and assist in creating presentations that offer insightful analysis, identify action items, and frame decisions effectively.Holding exposure with IFC audit experiences.
- Provide FP&A and IFC finance support to the accounting teams concerning productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
- Identify and comprehend business challenges, proposing and developing solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate directly with the finance team and onsite FP&A groups to align on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, becoming a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
- Contribute to corporate projects and initiatives that may impact the entire organization.
- Create presentations with insightful analysis, identifying necessary action items and effectively framing decision-making processes.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Incorporate Internal Financial Control (IFC) practices into financial planning and analysis processes.
**Desired Candidate Profile:**
- Maximum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a core FP&A role involving P&L / Balance Sheet Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Management Reporting, and Internal Financial Control.
- Strong Communication, Analytical, and Collaboration skills, with prior experience working with Senior Stakeholders / Clients.
