Job description
Flexiti is looking for an Enterprise Support Engineer to join its IT team. Supporting the Senior Manager of Enterprise Support, the Enterprise Support Engineer will help to support and relieve the pressure on the development teams. You are an expert troubleshooter with the ability to remove roadblocks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What you will be doing
- Directly help our customers and vendors by researching troubleshooting software or hardware related issues
- Assist in managing vendor relationships, problem resolution, and maintenance of applications with vendor contacts.
- Work directly with development engineers and business stakeholders to recommend and resolve issues
- Provides accurate timely updates on issues relating to incident management and support.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Ensure issues and troubleshooting steps are properly logged
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Work to improve system resilience, including both failover and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Implement automated support processes.
- Implement and monitor mitigating controls such as alerts

What you should have
- 3 years experience in a support (or related) role
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience supporting .net applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Belief in the importance of teamwork, cooperation, and communication
- Advanced English level
