Job Description:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Life Insurance Bancassurance department, ensuring seamless integration with banking operations. Develop and implement streamlined processes to optimize efficiency, improve customer experiences, and enhance overall performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to refine workflows and strengthen communication channels for effective synergy. Analyze performance metrics, formulate strategies, and drive the team to achieve operational targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring strict adherence to compliance within Bancassurance operations. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including life insurance partners and internal teams. Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management. Proven experience in Life Insurance Bancassurance operations, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of life insurance products and financial services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the life insurance and banking sectors.
