Job description
We are seeking at least 8 years of experience in application architecture, design, and cloud patterns. 8+ years of experience with architectural patterns, building APIs, microservices, and high throughput systems. 8+ years building cloud-native architectures and architecting enterprise applications on AWS. 10+ years of architecting resilient and reliable back-end systems in production.
The Application Architect V will perform architecture planning to support general IT initiatives related to API products. The role will focus on requirements and design phases, support development, testing, and issue escalation. The role will manage and promote the use of IT standards, serve as subject matter experts to projects, and provide support for project team members. The candidate may be required to lead a small team of developers, perform architecture designs, and solve complex module and system-level application issues. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree At least 8 years of software development, solutions architect, or architect experience At least 8 years of experience designing, developing, and architecting enterprise systems. At least 8 years of experience in application architecture, design, and cloud patterns. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field 8+ years of experience with architectural patterns, building APIs, microservices, and high throughput systems. 8+ years building cloud-native architectures and architecting enterprise applications on AWS. 10+ years of architecting resilient and reliable back-end systems in production. 2+ years’ experience leveraging DevOps and CI/CD pipeline solutions using tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, AWS CloudFormation templates, and GitHub (nice to have)Job tags
