Position Overview
As the Client Servicing and Business Development Lead at D ART you will responsible for driving business growth fostering client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
&bull Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
&bull Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research prospecting networking and lead generation.
&bull Build a robust sales pipeline and actively manage the sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
&bull Collaborate with the creative and design teams to tailor compelling proposals and pitches that align with clients specific needs.
Client Servicing and Relationship Management
&bull Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
&bull Build and nurture strong long-lasting client relationships ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
&bull Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs assess campaign performance and explore upselling opportunities.
&bull Act as a brand ambassador for D ART effectively communicating our value proposition and service offerings.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
&bull Lead and inspire a team of business development and client servicing professionals fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
&bull Provide coaching guidance and ongoing support to team members to help them achieve individual and collective goals.
&bull Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative design and project management to deliver seamless client experiences and successful projects.
Market Research and Analysis
&bull Stay abreast of industry trends competitors and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and keep D ART at the forefront of innovation.
&bull Analyze data and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and inform strategic decision-making.

Education/Experience

&bull Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
&bull Proven experience 3-6 years in a senior business development and client servicing role within a marketing services or retail design agency.
&bull Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets fostering client relationships and driving business growth.
&bull Strong understanding of marketing services retail design and branding principles.
&bull Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
&bull Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
&bull Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
&bull Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
&bull Willingness to travel as needed. < p>
