Job description
Mechanical Maintenance (Cement Mill, Packing Plant and Utility
Packer and Truck Loader Maintenance, SAP Knowledge
Accountability- Plant availability:
Plan, organize and monitor implementation maintenance activities for optimum plant availability in Mechanical discipline as per the targets to meet operational from Packing Plant, Bulker loading ,Raw material handling & utility as per requirement and satisfaction of internal & external customer.SAP knowledge on PM module.
System Management:-
Knowledge of SAP (PRs creation and report submission),Filling of routine checks in SAP.
'Focus on SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives
Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to section
Ensure strict compliance of procedures in routine jobs and Adhering of all safety precautions on the site and off the site
To ensure daily Tool Box Talk and deliberating on safety incident or knowledge sharing
Active participation in safety training, safety sub committees, standard champions meeting and any safety event by self and team '.
Should have knowledge of SBO & WTI filling in system.
'Plant Equipment Maintenance and planning:
a. Packer and truck loader maintenance.
b.Raw material handling equipment's (as belt conveyors & truck tippler) maintenance and it's spare management.
b. Screw type compressor maintenance and it's spare management.
c. Water pumps maintenance and it's spare management.
d. Hydralic System maintenance for tippler operation
e. shift operation for Cement Mill and Packing plant.
