Job description

Job Purpose:
The Purpose of the Human Resources Manager role is to drive the strategic and operational aspects of human resources to ensure the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent within the mobile gaming industry. We require a Human Resources professional with an essential blend of skills: strong business acumen, a hands-on mindset, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate will actively collaborate with the business, ensuring a dynamic and effective HR impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the mobile gaming industry.

Collaborate with the People & Culture team to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

Conduct interviews and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns or conflicts.

Implement policies and procedures that promote a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.

Provide guidance on employee performance, conduct, and professional development.

Performance Management:

Design and implement performance appraisal systems to assess employee contributions.

Work with managers to set performance goals and provide constructive feedback.

Identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills.

Organizational Development:

Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals.

Drive initiatives that support employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Implement change management strategies to facilitate company growth and development.

Compensation and Benefits:

Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Stay informed about industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.

Learning and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for employees.

Support career development initiatives to help employees advance within the company.

Culture and Employee Engagement:

Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with the values of the organization.

Organize team-building activities and events to promote employee engagement.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Keep policies and procedures up-to-date and communicate changes to the workforce.
Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 10 years of proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within the mobile gaming or tech industry.

At least 3 years experience directly managing HR teams.

Experience in Jordan context with in-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.

Demonstrated expertise in mentoring managers, employees and teams.

Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Attention to detail and good judgment.
