Lead Process Trainer

Job description

Responsibilities:

Train new and lateral recruits in-house on US Staffing and Recruitment processes, ensuring familiarity with industrial standards. Analyze training requirements assigned by the training head, providing technical insights and guidance during training sessions. Deliver training sessions via Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and Learning Management System (LMS) in hybrid environment. Utilize training Content Management System (CMS) for all training materials. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as agreed upon with operations and other stakeholders. Provide daily updates, weekly reports, and sprint calls with the training team to coordinate and schedule training sessions. Maintain and update CMS regularly, developing new training materials as needed. Proficiency in sourcing and Boolean operations applications is an added advantage. Technical proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Conduct mock calls and case studies to simulate real-time issues and evaluate trainees on call and sourcing skills.

Mandatory Skills: Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence. Experience working in a fast-paced international environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Proficiency with CMS tools including SharePoint/ Google Pages/ Confluence Has excellent hands-on Office Words, Presentation, Excel and in addition to MS 365 applications - Sway, Stream & Forms Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently,

Education Qualifications:

Minimum BE/BTEC/BSc or above in disciplines Engineering and sciences.
