Job description
Daily Tasks : • Act as subject matter expert and technology expert for the Publishing tool, DocuBridge by Lorenz; assess release notes with the process owner; Upgrade the system; solve related issues. • Provide support to projects as assigned (e.g. documentation, installation, qualification, testing, release, etc.) • Provide support to qualification activities as needed (e.g.: write/execute assigned installation / operational qualification scripts) • Implement configuration changes as per their approval • Monitor the Incident and service requests queue, contribute to 3rd level support of incident and service request management, qualitative and timely resolution of incidents, prepare documentation and ensure continuity of services with US and EU-Based team members • Support of global user base
