Leadership Role with a leading Indian manufacturer of Vaccines + Pharmaceuticals
An opportunity to head Engineering for multiple manufacturing sites
Job Description
Support Present and Future Production flow in a safe, quality and cost effective manner by ensuring availability, functionality & reliability of production equipment, & utilities
Monitor the India Maintenance Budget and further break it down for Individual Sites
Support Maintenance Managers at various sites to adhere to maintenance schedule of machinery's/facilities & ensuring its implementation in the plant
Well aware of state of the art new systems in the Industry and incorporate them into daily plant activities
Implement System Improvement Programmes at all manufacturing sites from an Engineering perspective
Aim Zero Downtime across all Plants
Plan & Implement Utility modifications as per the Production Plans
Ensure Capex Efficiency Compliance
The Successful Applicant
The Ideal Candidate would have 15-20 years of Plant Engineering experience with a Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering with at-least 5 years of experience in leading multiple sites/units and having a team of Maintenance Managers reporting into the leader
