Job description
This role receives, records and processes customer data in a timely, securely and faultless manner, reporting any exceptions to the relevant stakeholders and ensuring its availability to the Service Center Production.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategically manage customer data processing in compliance with company s policies and vision.
- Timely customer data processing and confirm back to customer.
- Actively response to customer in case of any issue in customer data.
- Production support related to card data.
- Coordinate with concerns department to ensure 100% data processing.
- MIS Preparation and circulation with operation & WH team.
- Maintain standard ISO records up to date.
Who are we looking for
- Graduate in any stream and diploma in computer .
- 2+ years of experience in Data processing field.
- Good knowledge of MS office and ERP System.
- Good Analytical and Reporting skills.
- Solution and result oriented.
- Hard working and high sense of urgency
