Our Bpo client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
