Job description
This job is in Gurgaon. We are a small cafe serving pasta pizza cakes and pastry. We offer dinein and delivery service.
Shall be responsible for managing shift of the entire outlet.
Shall check production planning and quality of prep work.
Shall verify the work and take corrective action on prep work.
Shall ensure miseenplace is done on time.
Shall conduct staff meetings and review customer feedback.
Shall ensure on time delivery of food.
Shall be responsible for barking food orders.
Shall be responsible for closing the kitchen after shift.
Shall be responsible to ensure prep work is done for next day shift.
Shall lead a kitchen team and be responsible for their work.
Shall be responsible for food production and service.
Shall be responsible for inventory management.
Shall be responsible for purchases.
Shall be responsible for maintaining food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Shall conduct training for other team members.
Shall have worked as CDP Chef De Partie or equivalent in a restaurant.
Should know how to prepare Meditterranean style food.
Desirable candidate has done hotel management.
Should have completed HSC.
Shall have prior work experience.
Shall be provided on site meals.
