Role Description

As part of Finance, you will help to deliver financial transparency and cost control across the Bank, to enhance decision making and cost governance, resulting in enhanced shareholder value. Finance continues to respond to the fast-changing environment and increasing focus on cost, setting the agenda for cost for the Bank, and coordinating strategic deep dives to identify opportunities.

CFO Infrastructure provides timely, accurate and relevant infrastructure cost reporting. The teamwork in close partnership with all Infrastructure divisions to help drive informed decisions around maximizing cost opportunities.

James Rivett is head of CFO Infrastructure.

Your key responsibilities

You will be the end-to-end expert in preparing presentations, materials, and support to the Infra Finance leadership for multiple stakeholder meetings and events. You will be working closely with the head of CFO Infrastructure (MB-1) -James Rivett and his leadership team.

You are expected to deliver presentations on multiple adhoc and standard topics and provided recommendations to ensure that key highlights and strategic message comes out in a clear and concise manner. You will need to identify ways of showing data in different infographics not limited to bar / line charts, waterfall charts and tables, which should convey the story and key message to the audience. You will perform processes as defined or needed in support of team resiliency and engage with different business partners and stakeholders as necessary in the delivery of assigned tasks within the desired deadlines.

This role requires you to have the ability to work with different cultures and across different geographic locations and be able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members. You need to have an excellent work ethic and organizational skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple assignments and be able to manage deliverables against tight deadlines. It is highly preferred that you have a strong quantitative analysis skill and a good understanding and appreciation of core financial Products and experience of interacting with senior management. This role requires you to have a sound knowledge and hands on experience in Microsoft office 365 products like PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc. You are expected to have a strong interpersonal and communication skill with the ability to articulate to key stakeholders. You need to be driven and motivated, continuously seeking a challenging career with substantial responsibility.
