Job description
Candidate must have 45 years of Production support (L2/L3) experience and well versed with Incident/change/problem management and ITIL framework.
Must have good monitoring and troubleshooting skills and respond quickly to production issues
Must have excellent communication skills and would be required to work in hybrid workplace model & provide oncall support.
23 years of production support exposure in Java good understanding of react JS & spring boot .
Good to have experience with Mongo DB (or General database understanding) Splunk Kafka APM & ASM.
Please note we don t need quite senior profiles who are looking to lead the team or complex Java work. We are production support team where Java exposure is limited to bug fixes and debugging. We need strong candidate in production processes & tools such as service now APM ASM etc.
