Role Description
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that the restaurant meets its financial targets. You will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore.
Qualifications
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring that all staff provide excellent customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage inventory and order supplies to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance with these regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Experience with restaurant concept development, menu engineering, and marketing is a plus
