Job description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in program management with UX related projects in UX design, user research, content strategy, or tools and methodologies.
- Experience in managing projects with multiple director level stakeholders.
- Experience in data analysis, working with stakeholders, and developing execution plans.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams in a highly dynamic/fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering stakeholders, and understanding user issues.
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones and geographies.
- Ability to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement initiatives.

The User Experience (UX) Programs and Operations team at Google drives projects within our UX organizations by increasing communication and connection points, streamlining the UX design process, and driving a culture of user centered development. Google UX is made up of multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers.
In this role, you will drive the integration of product data into the UX recruitment process. You will collaborate with partners across product teams, legal/compliance, marketing, technology, and recruiting operations.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain execution and support of extended workforce onboarding and operations in collaboration with UX Teams.
- Drive execution and management of operational expenditures (OpEx) in collaboration with UX Managers.
- Develop an effective and efficient intake process/workflows to support allocated product areas and mature intake processes as operations mature. Establish SLA and framework to monitor operational quality.
- Facilitate bi-weekly/monthly business operations reviews for extended workforce and OpEx management to surface risks, opportunities, issues, and remedial actions as needed.
- Support program management with resourcing insights for OpEx and develop program plans as needed.
