Job description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our awesome sales team. As our Agency Development Manager your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by increasing sales. Our main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid users.

Job Role:

• Thorough understanding of various insurance products coverage options and policy details.
• Lead and motivate a team of agents setting clear performance expectations and fostering a resultsdriven culture.
• Effective verbal communication to explain policy details answer client questions and address concerns.
• Building a professional network to generate referrals and leads.
• Guiding and inspiring the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
• Recruit train and mentor a team of insurance agents.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Age: 21 to 38
• Communication: Good communication Skill
