As a Sourcing Lead, you will manage a team of sources located in Bangalore, each dedicated to specific business units and will also be responsible for maintaining your own requisitions
In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in fostering collaboration across various facets of the hiring process
Your responsibilities encompass the entire hiring lifecycle, from defining target profiles to calibration, metrics, reporting, and, ultimately, achieving sourcing objectives
This role will require you to lead, manage and coach a team of sources who leverage technology and resources to source potential candidates
You will also identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
What you will do
You'll manage an existing team of sources and will also be responsible for maintaining your own requisitions.
Collaborate with business aligned teams to identify talent requirements and establish strategies to deliver on talent requirements now and in the future.
Partner with the recruiting team members in Bangalore, USA and Canada to align on best practices to be leveraged across all sources, as well as identify function-specific needs that remain unique.
Ensure to drive data integrity and hygiene in maintaining records in our ATS/CRM and make data driven decisions.
Act as the first point of contact for USA/Canada sourcing related issues/escalations.
Analyse pass through data to detect trends, derive insights, and adjust strategies to optimize top of funnel.
Partner with your manager to help, define and evaluate our sourcing metrics to continuously measure and improve team performance and productivity.
Partner with your manager and own performance management for your team and also work as compensation planner for the team.
Provide value-add sourcing advice to key stakeholders to influence and persuade talent decisions and strategies.
What you will need
8+ years of sourcing, recruitment, or candidate generation experience within a rapidly growing technology/engineering organisation or with a large agency hiring tech talent.
3+ years of experience in managing individuals.
Experience in collaborating with multiple teams.
Desire and ability to build, create, move fast and execute.
The ability to genuinely empathize with your team while also setting a high bar for performance.
A strong desire to work with data and sourcing metrics. The ability to turn data-driven ideas into action.
A track record for successfully identifying and engaging exceptional tech/engineering talent and recruiting/sourcing talent.
Innovative thinking and a problem solver.
Continuous Improvement approach
Subject matter expert in direct recruiting or sourcing or diversity hiring.
Experience using an applicant tracking systems / CRM to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates.
Proficient using Microsoft Office and knowledge of using recruitment databases.
Candidate should be flexible to work in US Shift.
