Are you a skilled professional with a passion for leading installation projects in the field of castable refractories and insulation materials We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation of castable refractories and insulation materials at various project sites.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Lead and motivate the installation team to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the installation of castable refractories and insulation materials.
Willingness to travel extensively anywhere in India for installation contracts.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
Technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot on-site challenges.
