Position Overview

As a Senior Manager, Pre-sales / Solutioning at Cashfree Payments, you will play a pivotal role in crafting tailored pitches for large merchants across various industries. Leveraging our suite of products and services, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver compelling pitches to enterprise clients. Your expertise will be crucial in driving technical credibility during customer engagements, fostering enduring client relationships, and spearheading the realization of customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive proposals for large and intricate merchant deals in coordination with the Product Marketing team Provide extensive product, business, and technical knowledge to support pre-sales activities and facilitate consultative selling Translate complex requirements into innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives Conduct competitive analysis to identify differentiators and enhance the positioning of Cashfree's offerings Streamline the qualification process for client needs to expedite implementation and mitigate potential delays Lead the design, documentation, and execution of customized client solutions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders Enhance technical communication with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring clarity and alignment

Role Requirements:

Ideal candidate holds an engineering degree coupled with an MBA Minimum of 6-8 years of experience within the Payments industry is a must have. Min. 4 years of experience as a pre-sales consultant in the Payments industry Demonstrated proficiency in preparing and delivering compelling pitch decks for both technical and non-technical audiences within large enterprises Ability to offer professional technical consultancy services internally and externally, driving strategic decision-making Possesses a commercial mindset with a consultative approach to problem-solving Proactive, assertive, with excellent communication and presentation skills Strong coordination skills with the ability to work seamlessly across cross-functional teams, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
