Roles and Responsibilities
? Should be capable to handle Electrical Section independently of Rebar Mill.
? To lead an electrical maintenance team for schedule maintenance, Planning of day-to-day maintenance of Rebar Mill.
? Hands on experience / excellent knowledge in following areas: Siemens/ABB Make AC/DC Drive, PLC, HMI, IBA System.
? troubleshooting of Electrical/Electronic systems – HT & LT system i.e. HT breaker Panel, PCC & MCC, field instruments
? Co-ordination with different sections of the organization for smooth project/maintenance work.
? Utilization of plant shutdowns effectively for engineering activities so that plant down time will be nil.
? Experience in the field of Automation (programming, testing and commissioning) with exposure to, Siemens PLC, ABB, PLC Rolling Mill, High Speed multi-processing controller, Drives interface, HMI programming & Testing.
? Familiar with automation Logic Design and modifications as per requirement.
