Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Andheri - Chandivali

Shift: Domestic 9-hour fixed shift, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Any 9 hours), with 1 rotational week off

Job Description

• Resolve customer queries via call, chat, voice, and email
• Handle a maximum of 35-40 inbound calls
• Primarily engage in back-office work, focusing on email and chat support
• Strong and effective communication skills are essential
