Job Title: Manager/ Sr Manager, Process Excellence

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-oriented Manager/ Sr Manager - Process Excellence to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives within our Mother Warehouse and Logistics Operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing inefficiencies, developing and implementing effective process improvement strategies, and driving measurable results in key performance areas (KPAs). You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring smooth flow, cost-effectiveness, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive process excellence strategy for the Mother Warehouse and Logistics Operations, aligned with overall business objectives and KPIs
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing warehouse and logistics processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to track performance metrics, measure the impact of implemented changes, and identify further optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization, and workflow optimization, leveraging lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, finance, and procurement, to ensure alignment and successful execution of process improvement initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and efficient completion within budget and timeframe constraints.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, quantifying their impact on KPIs such as throughput, accuracy, cost reduction, and delivery times.
• Communicate process improvement initiatives and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and process ownership within the warehouse and logistics teams, encouraging employee engagement and participation in improvement efforts.
• Stay current with industry best practices in warehouse and logistics operations and process excellence methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field. Advanced Degree MBA/PGDM is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational efficiency within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives that resulted in measurable and significant improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation & project management skills.
• Experience with warehouse management system (WMS) and other logistics software is plus
• Strong understanding of lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in a high-volume, big box, warehouse and logistics environment is a plus.
