Location: Asmoli, UP About Dhampur Bio Organics Limited (DBOL) Dhampur Bio Organics Ltd., a spin-off from Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd., specializes in the production of organic and agri based goods, offering a diverse range of bio-based products, including sugar, jaggery, biofuels, domestic spirits and various agricultural products. Originally established in 1933, Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd. initiated a 300 TPD sugar mill in Dhampur. Currently managing three plants in the traditional cane-growing region of western-central Uttar Pradesh, India, we boast a collective capacity to process 22,000 MT of cane daily, yielding 2200 MT of refined sugar and 800 MT of raw sugar per day. Our distillery has the capability to produce 312,000 liters of alcohol daily, and our renewable power generation capacity stands at 95.5 MWH. Job Summary: - The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of projects within the organization. Utilizing SAP PS and other tools, the specialist will ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and meet designated timelines. Responsibilities include conducting regular review meetings, preparing progress reports, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Maintain the quantity of spares of tetra machine. Assist in budgeting for large projects and provide support in the procurement process, including vendor/contractor evaluation Utilize SAP PS to plan, schedule, and monitor project activities Conduct periodic reviews meetings and provide weekly progress reports to stakeholders Initiate appropriate measures and corrective actions to address any arising issues Monitor project budget by comparing planned versus actual figures and highlight areas of concerns Maintain project documentation and prepare project closure reports, including listing supplier and own scope project activities Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to create and update project plans Track project schedules and ensure timely completion according to the approved timeline Monitor project budgets and ensure completion within the approved budget amount Prepare periodic project reports and communicate progress to all stakeholders, including higher management Maintain records of important communications and documentation related to projects Prepare project completion reports and conduct lessons learned sessions Facilitate effective coordination between the unit's team, suppliers, contractors, and higher management Conduct regular review meetings, both internally and externally Requires Skills & Education Qualifications: A graduate/post-graduate with any stream and 10 - 15 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing industry with experience of handling Projects and managing a sizeable team. Proficient in using MS Office and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of human resources practices Prior experience in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring is highly desirable. Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices is preferred Familiarity with the specific industry in which the organization operates can be beneficial. Fair understanding of the business and expected deliveries. Strong analytical and proven negotiation skills.Job tags
