As we accelerate our growth in this highly desirable ecosystem, we are looking for an experienced UI/Web professional with excellent technical and business skills. The candidate must have good exposure to UI framework and programming languages like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular (1.4 onwards) and Java Script.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Execution
- Actively participate in project workshops and create user stories.
- Build technical solutions to meet the requirements through UI configuration, workflow configuration, reporting development, system integrations, and scripting.
- Year of expertise 3 to 7 years
- Execute unit testing, integration testing and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure developed solutions meet the business needs.
- Participate in client interaction and demonstrate good customer facing skills.
- Opportunity to work on UI/Web development on ServiceNow implementation projects (Employee Centre and Service Portal) and INRY Apps.
Self-Development
- Research and define creative solutions based on ServiceNow best practices to meet client business requirements.
- Focus on building reusable components and retaining lessons learnt for future usage by team members.
- Increase depth of industry knowledge
Job Requirements
- Conduct user research to understand the needs, motivations, and behaviours of the target audience.
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, easy to use, and aligned with client's brand standards.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design concepts.
- Analyze test results to identify usability issues and areas for enhancement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business stakeholders, and marketers.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to clients and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Apply principles of design thinking and user-centred design in projects.
- Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or others.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is often beneficial.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, often contributing to project planning.
- Seek and provide constructive feedback on design projects.
