About the Opportunity
Client Carrier Services builds and runs cloud-native services that integrate Client cloud offers to telecom carriers across the globe.
The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating conversation to resolve conflict and improve collaboration, managing impediments and coaching the scrum team towards better self-management. This position will work in a cross-functional team together with engineering and other stakeholders to drive solution excellence and support the scrum team in their journey to build and run the Carrier Services cloud-native solutions.
About the Responsibility
Educate team members in the tools and techniques for self-management.
• Help your teams understand and use scrum effectively.
• Establish the scrum process and practices.
• Educate about the scrum values.
• Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams.
• Help the team resolve conflicts when possible.
• Protect the scrum team from unnecessary distractions or interference.
• Facilitate team meetings like the daily scrum, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives.
About the Requirement
EXPERIENCE
• Recent demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master to a mission critical SaaS application.
• Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments.
• Experience running agile projects of varying and complexity, including full cycle (you build it, you run it).
• Proven experience in agile practices, particularly around acting as a change agent, self-organizing teams, continuous improvement (e.g. double velocity), determining and improving team velocity, and backlog consumption forecasting.
• Experience with telecommunication carriers is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking, with the ability to effectively prioritize assignments.

• Continuous improvement mindset and experience with validated learning principles.
