Position: Branch/Center Manager Key Responsibilities: Sales & BD, Operations: · Generate walk ins, ensure footfalls at branch · Maintaining robust follow up and conversion procedures · Creating and maintaining contacts with key external stakeholders in the market. Marketing (Digital & Offline Marketing): · Initiate and execute marketing activities within the assigned territory as per HO strategy (Education fairs, roadshows, seminars, college tie ups etc) · Ensure query resolution generated through email, sms in least TAT · Provide market intelligence to senior management and submit reports on market movement as per student recruitment cycle · Stay abreast of competing markets Training to the branch staff: · Responsible for imparting end to end training to the counselors on existing & new product initiatives & ensure accurate information is provided to the students · Supervise counselling & help counsellors to handle difficult customers · Ensure counsellors follow up with the customers as per the criticality of the leads generated. Documentation: Maintain applications, visa and commission invoicing information for students Keeps records of visa filing applications with the respective embassies, help students with SOP, Recommendation letters, Essays as per the requirements of different universities Maintain records of students counselled and applications sent to overseas. Accounts/ Admin/ Front office: · Ensure customers are guided to the right team when they visit the branch · Keep accurate reports of all the transactions of the branch (fees paid by the students, revenue generated, branch expenses etc) · Handle overall branch operations Skills Required: · Graduate/ Post graduate with 6-8 years of relevant work experience in overseas education industry · Vibrant, energetic, self-starter. · Excellent written & verbal communication · Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targetsJob tags
