Job description:

Responsibilities in IR and compliance

• 1. Oversee statutory compliance as applicable under law for all factories & establishment of the company.
  2. Reduce gap between desired and actual status
  3. Update monthly status through MIS
  4. Train unit HR on routine renewals and record maintenance
  5. Oversee regular worker induction, attendance & wage management issues.
  6. Maintain healthy IR relation
  7. Regular interaction with worker union & other interested parties
  8. Liaison with local administrative bodies – Police, Municipality, Corporation, Political teams
  9. Implement a grievance redressal mechanism through unit HR
  10. Attend to Industrial Dispute in concurrence with legal team
  11. Conduct internal audits on Health & Safety
