Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Monkey Wrench Communications in Kolkata. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and understanding client needs and expectations. The Account Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to support business growth and collaborating with internal teams to deliver results.

- Experience in account management, customer service, or related field
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the advertising or creative industry is a plus
