Job description

Position Overview:

As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks and functions. You will be responsible for assisting in recruitment processes, managing employee records, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Recruitment and Onboarding:

 

· Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

· Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to ensure smooth onboarding.

· Maintain and update recruitment and onboarding documentation.

 

Employee Records Management:

 

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.

· Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.

 

Employee Relations:

 

· Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and confidential manner.

· Provide support to employees on HR-related queries and concerns.

 

  HR Administration:

 

· Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as preparing employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents.

· Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

 

Performance Management:

 

· Support the performance management process by tracking employee performance, conducting performance appraisals, and providing feedback to employees and managers.

 

  Training and Development:

 

· Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees as required.

· Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities for employee development.

 

Compliance:

 

· Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, regulations, and company policies.

· Assist in conducting HR audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

 

  Qualifications and Skills:

 

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role.

· Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

· Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).

· Attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

 

Additional Requirements:

 

· Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.

· Experience with recruitment tools and platforms.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Experience: 0.6 - 2 Years

 

Salary: 20000 to 25000
