We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Content Administrator to join our team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, organization, and maintenance of sales content to aid our sellers and other Go-To-Market roles and enhance their performance
This role involves collaborating with various teams to maintain an organized and up-to-date content repository, overseeing content workflows, and implementing content management governance and best practices
This role will report to the Revenue Operations Core Services Senior Manager in the growing Global Revenue Operations team
Key Responsibilities:
Upload, organize, and maintain assets in content management systems (Highspot, SharePoint, etc).
Ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards for all published content.
Audit and update existing content to reflect current information and standards.
Collaborate with content creators, editors, publishers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth flow of content creation and curation processes.
Recommend improvements and implement and optimize content workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
Capture and document content feedback, rating, and reviews.
Implement taxonomy and metadata strategies to enhance content discoverability and searchability
Tag content appropriately to improve categorization and user navigation.
Assist in the design and execution of pages where content will be shown to ensure the best user experience.
Enforce content governance policies to maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand requirements.
Analyze the effectiveness of content through metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Provide overall support to Sales Asset Management Solution Owner in terms of content governance and related processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in content management or administration.
Familiarity with sales management tools, content management systems, and digital asset management tools.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality content.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
