Job Description:
The Program associate will be required to contribute to the EcoChamps program of the NGO that works on Environment awareness and education in schools across cities in India for a sustainable future. The associate is responsible for planning managing and handling operations for the effective on ground implementation of the program.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday operations including project delivery training logistics & reporting of the program.
- Review of ground implementation through school visits and assessments.
- Plan organize and execute EcoChamps events and initiatives by collaboration with schools students and volunteers.
- Data management for tracking program status and reporting.
- Managing effective completion of Eco Champs LMS by students.
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Educational Degree : Any Graduate
- Relevant Experience(in years) : 12 years (in Sustainability projects would be an advantage.
Knowledge & Skill sets required:
- Highly resourceful teamplayer who is selfdriven
- Good computer knowledge and MS office skills
- Forwardlooking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
- Willingness to travel locally and nationally
- Knowledge of environmental issues and relevant sustainable solutions is preferable.
