Job Description Company profile One of our client is leading Indian distributor of multi-specialty chemicals company based in Mumbai seeking a Business Development Executive - Specialty Chemicals
The company has history of over 25 years and has over 75 employees across three verticals of Food Ingredients, Personal Ingredients and other Specialty Chemicals . The company deals in over 325 products sourced from over 40 global suppliers and well established relationship with over 4000 clients across India.
Job Profile - Build marketing programs to support Food Ingredients business objectives across different
product categories and segments.
- Build the company Brand in an effective manner in the short , medium and long term
with clear agreed milestones.
- Design social and digital marketing strategies in alignment with business development
objectives. Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. Plan & manage
marketing budgets as approved.
- Liaise with agencies & vendors (e.g. media agencies, printers, freelance graphics & content
creators) as per marketing needs.
- Conduct market research to collect and analyse data/trends and create marketing
presentations / reports with high quality focus.
- Plan & manage trade show participation including stall planning, designing and overall
branding and communication plan in close coordination with the sales team.
- Develop marketing calendar for customer & drive customer engagement program.
- Develop consolidated product / category related market intelligence through secondary
market research and develop appropriate reports for management review.
- Develop high quality Food Ingredients product presentations for the sales team.
- Develop marketing – capability presentation for the food business for principals / external
suppliers as per business need.
- Travel to some key customers along with sales team to develop customer understanding.
- Support President in other corporate brand building initiatives from time to time.
Skills /Experience - Education: B.Sc (Preferably food technology / food science)/ MBA (Marketing).
- Experience: 6 to 10 years in marketing in Food/Flavour, Pharma/Nutraceuticals products or
similar distribution company.
