Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Supervisor. The Spa Supervisor is responsible for supervising spa staff and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Spa Supervisor also performs receptionist duties, trains new staff, and manages inventory.
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills and experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Receptionist duties, including scheduling, check-in/out, and payment processing
- Experience in staff training and development
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Additional certification or training in spa management is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
