Job description
1. Perform Design Engineer role for Electrical.
2. Preparing list of detailed deliverables like Project schedule, Concept Design Documents,
Tender, BOQ and budget etc.
3. Submit concept design to Clients and Architects for their review.
4. Coordination with Clients, Design Team on gathering inputs and requirements.
5. Preparation of list of drawings, Man-hours estimation.
6. Site visit and input gathering.
7. Discuss with Senior Engineers/Principal Consultants on the design requirements.
8. Development of job specific Quality Checklists.
9. Co-ordinate with Architect for approval of Drawings.
10. Release the tender to various vendors.
11. Clarify the Technical issues at site, Support the Clients for project execution.
12. Co-ordinate with other services.
13. Support to develop Training material specific to electrical Drafting service.
14. Develop design standards/documents for electrical Drawings.
15. Plan the projects and Deliverable Consistently.
16. Plan self-activities and fill time sheet promptly.
17. Execute the Plan and Ensure on-time delivery.
18. Interaction with customers, fulfilling customer requirements and customer relations.
19. Overall control on the Job in terms of on-time delivery, Customer satisfaction, Quality
Deliverables and Cost Control
20. Preparation of Single line diagram, Earthing SLD, Lighting layout, Power layout, Raceway
layout, cable tray layout and BOQ preparation.
21. Preparation of Single line Budget, Priced BOQ preparation.
