Job description

Introduction

Designation Head of Recruitments

As a Recruitment Head Your goal will be to always align with the team and to make sure we

meet clients needs by finding candidates that match their organizational culture and open

positions. Manage End to End Recruitment Collaborating with the hiring manager from

sourcing candidates to rolling offers negotiation and onboarding of jobseekers into

companies/employers.

Developing managing and maintaining a highly skilled team to assist with talent

acquisition.

Roles and Responsibilities

Formulate and implement strategies for meeting the recruiting demands of clients

across India.

Responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle including but not

limited to multichannel sourcing screening shortlisting scheduling negotiating

and timely onboarding of candidates for clients.

Handling a team of recruiters/recruiters leads/managers to maximize the efficiency

of the team and the process.

Responsible for improving the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as decreasing

turnaroundtime (TAT) to key accounts increasing the turnup ratio for the

interviews decreasing the rejection ratio of offers and eliminating postjoining

backouts and increasing the hit ratio of the team.

Evaluate Job Descriptions provided by Clients (Employers) to identify various roles it

maps to.

Participate in Job Discovery and Generate Rejection Criteria (FAQ) with employers.

Evaluate the effectiveness and effeciency of various sourcing channels and optimize

the budget spent on each channel to and the best candidates for each role.

MustHave Skills

Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques

and evaluation methods and proven prior experience leading or managing a team

of recruiters.

Handson MS Office Google Suite experience must be adept at making PPTs and

working in Excel/Google Sheets etc.

Exposure to any applicant tracking systems(ATS) and HR (HRMS) software.

Ability to source resumes through digital channels social media hiring and job

portals.

Experience as a Recruiting Manager Recruiting Coordinator or Recruitment

Consultant.

Should have indepth knowledge of recruitment processes in IT Industries.

Good to Have Skills

MBA PGDM in Human Resources or a related eld.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have great articulation and presentation skills and must be able to speak to an

audience if required.

A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

Exemplary leadership qualities encompassing adept client management and

pro client stakeholder management skills.

Problemsolving critical thinking and decisionmaking abilities.

Manage and resolve escalations meet recruitment and revenue deadlines and be

responsible for overall delivery.
