Job description
Experience in International Consumer Lending or Insurance Back-Office operations (UK Preferred) or in Complaints Management.
Experince in mortgage loans/ mortgage operations also ok
Roles & Responsibilities:• Adherence to, and achievement of, individual and departmental Service Levels, Objectives and Quality Standards
• Review and log incoming DSAR requests in line with detailed procedures and handling guides.
• Take ownership for keeping up to date with internal procedural changes and policy updates, ability to deal well with change.
