About the Department: Bancassurance - HDFC Bank is one the major Bank partners and an important strategic and preferred distributor CA for HDFC Life contributing ~60% to the company's individual weighted life insurance premium.

What are we looking for? To achieve the organizational goals for channels that we manage and meeting budgetary objectives on revenue, cost and profitability through the identified lines of business. Ensuring achievement of business objectives and building the partnership by identifying different areas of business and scaling up business through HO and regional interventions. Ensure effective stakeholder expectation management - Internal / Partner/ Customer.

What does the job entail? Process: Implement initiatives to drive M0 conversion for the channel Monitor & review L1 FR + PCV submission TAT with the objective of continuous improvisation Closely monitor HNI conversion TAT for the channel Drive NoP distribution through PASA (Pre-Approved Sum Assured offers) Work on Strategic Initiatives at a project level with the objective to improve conversion efficiency for the channel Benchmark current processes against competition and feed in with insights for improvisation

Product: Achieving Top & bottom line for Par & Non Par product segment for the channel Product category business mobilization through improvement of front line activation, conversion efficiency and other enablers Track sales equation on the basis of branch, SP and FLS activation Working in tandem with Marketing for positioning the product segments, launching campaigns and creating customer communication Strategically planning, identifying and executing new opportunities within various channel verticals Introducing cross-sell campaigns using data analytics Responsible for managing digital marketing, promotional activities through ATL & BTL activities and lead generation Strategizing and using sales enablers to drive sales and achieve established monthly and yearly targets Plan new product launch & GTM strategy for the channel Creating demography wise value proposition solutions for effective product penetration and market share Monitor competition Product Mix & mobilization of key products Tracking of competition market share across product segments & channels.
