Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, implying that the Digital Analytics Consultant - Lead/Manager will be located in Pune/Bangalore/Delhi-NCR but some work from home is acceptable. The individual in this role will conduct comprehensive data analyses using a variety of digital analytics tools and provide data-driven strategic recommendations to clients across different industries, with a focus on customer experience improvement. The Digital Analytics Consultant - Lead/Manager will also lead analytics operations, design and deploy tracking tags, and develop custom reports and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a proven track record of performance, delivering data-driven insights for clients in the online marketing and technology industry
- Advanced skills in digital analytics tools such as Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Server Side Tagging or other similar platforms
- Strong ability to research, identify, and analyze customer data, business issues, and revenue impact
- Ability to lead and mentor team members, as well as manage client communications and relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise way
- Experience in data visualization, data mining, data manipulation, and statistical methods
- Expertise in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Experience in data integration technology, web development, and SEO is a plus
- Experience in medical and healthcare industry is a plus
